Our specialist Commercial Department, run by James Perkins, has been established for over 20 years and provides commercial agency services throughout East London, Havering and into Essex.

We conduct both shop and office sales and lettings, freehold and investment sales, rent reviews, surveys and commercial management.

Management of commercial premises includes looking after clients shops, offices and lock-up garages. Finding suitable tenants, negotiating terms, collecting rent, conducting rent reviews and appropriately sorting out any problems that may arise to the clients satisfaction.
